Soy wax is non-toxic and biodegradable, making it safe for the environment. Additionally, soy wax candles burn cleaner and last longer than paraffin wax.

Yes. Stop using the candle when there is about ¼ inch left. Use caution and care when removing the remaining wax, wicks and any labeling.

Most handmade candles use cotton or wooden wicks, which are lead-free and safe for indoor use.

We use fragrance oils that are specifically made for candles. All of them contain essential oil components and are free of phthalates and parabens.

Candles containing seven ounces of wax can burn for 35-45 hours.

The use of high-quality wax and properly trimmed wicks prevent black smoke.

The recommended burn time is 3-4 hours and trim the wick to approximately 1/4" before each lighting. Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jars before extinguishing, and if possible, extinguish with a snuffer or any bell-shaped object to smother the flame.

When using candles, always: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep them away from flammable materials like curtains, furniture, and paper, place them in sturdy holders, trim wicks before lighting, extinguish candles before leaving a room or going to bed, and keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Orders will leave our workspace within 48 business hours and take 2-7 days to arrive via USPS and 3-7 days via UPS. The carrier used depends on the size and weight of your package. We will be sure to contact you if there is any delay.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
